“Most philosophical problems are to be solved by getting rid of them, by coming to the point where you see that such questions as “Why this universe?” are a kind of intellectual neurosis, a misuse of words…”

“Most philosophical problems are to be solved by getting rid of them, by coming to the point where you see that such questions as “Why this universe?” are a kind of intellectual neurosis, a misuse of words…”
Be sensible in sharing, and the Universe will shoot better stories at you. Share the good, the pleasant, give plenty of success accounts and stop blurting out negativity. Stop encouraging gossip, fear and panic. Put your own fears to rest first, and the world will become a better place. Speak less words and you’ll lie less.
Stop gossiping today. Focus and meditate all the time. Try self-help books and yoga classes to discover your true potential. Good and bad are just interpretations of reality, so live your life in your own flow, not according to what others tell you. See what others see in you and slow down. Trust everyone and everything. Drive mindfully. Set goals and don’t achieve them.
When you slow down with or without practicing meditation using a safe space as a reset button, make lists and pay mindful attention, new opportunities for happiness arise. Your ultimate purpose is to live a happy life, so being content with less material possessions, finding joy, balance, reframing situations, re-writing old learned patterns, and freeing yourself from guilt and anger helps you built a rich and meaningful human experience.
I am not against meditation with the purpose of alleviating general suffering. I find it noble. But when I do not understand that pain, I cannot express genuine compassion. It makes me feel like a fraud.
You are the only expert in yourself. No one knows you better. No one can fully understand your body and your mind. Be there for yourself.
You are the only one who thinks you are significant while all the others are busy thinking the same thing about themselves.
