Greek yogurt, honey and walnuts dessert

by viviana on August 6, 2012 in Desserts

We toured Greece in 2005, and I still have the most beautiful memories from that trip :). One of the culinary highlights of our trip was the wonderful yogurt, honey and walnuts dessert. Baked apples

by viviana on February 18, 2012 in Desserts

There is really no other quicker to make, more pleasant and with a better smell dessert in the world! I can prepare 3 apples in 5 minutes (and I am sure you can beat that!) and I only need to bake them in the oven for 45 minutes. Baked apples are perfect in winter because they give you a cozy and warm feeling. There is no place like home!

Ingredients: 3 large, beautiful, sweet apples, butter (50 g), sweet jam (3 teaspoons), 3 nuts (halves), sugar (50 g), raisins (3 tablespoons), vanilla extract (1/2 vial), whipped cream (for serving)
