Fruit fondue

We bought a ceramic semi-professional fondue bowl – a small one, perfectly fit for our cute, little family (low budget, the expensive ones are made of metal and cost 10x more). So, for the first time in our cooking history, we are making fondue in a fondue set! One thing I need to say before we proceed. Maybe there are other really sophisticated ways of making a fondue, but for us this is one is perfect! Nothing better than a rich dark chocolate dip for each piece of fruit! [click to continue…]
