Almost perfect scrambled eggs

Among other traditional dishes, mashed eggplant is very popular in Romania. It is usually served with chopped onion and tomatoes. I made mashed eggplant and a separate tomato, cucumber, olive, onion and parsley salad. Here they are!

Festive tower salad – dress to impress

This recipe is for all of us trying not only to cook, but to impress with our cooking. Appetizers rule when it comes to colorful arrangements, as we can use vegetables, cheese, meat and all sorts of decorations. Most probably, unless we use all kinds of props, we cannot make our potato stew look gorgeous! It can taste like heaven, but always look like… let’s say plain.

I love when people look at what I cook and say: it looks wonderful, I hope it tastes the same. Usually, they are not disappointed :). So, I decided to tell and show you how to turn a simple vegetable selection into a wonderful arrangement. Dress to impress is the name of the game today! My daughter does not like salad dressings very much, so I did not use anything. Of course you can use a little bit of vinegar, olive oil, lemon, salt, etc.

Ingredients: half a red bell pepper, half a long cucumber, 24 cherry tomatoes, 10 olives, 2 slices of ham, 2 toothpicks, 4 pieces of cheese
