Almost perfect scrambled eggs

Scrambled eggs with red pepper and ham

My daughter likes her food a little bit overcooked, so that is why these scrambled eggs are a little bit browner than they should. Anyway, you can decide when they are ready and remove them from heat.

Cheese and ham sandwich

A few weeks ago, Octavian suggested a nutritious power meal that gives more or less the entire amount of calories we need/day. Have you tried that yet?

I think many of you will agree with me when I say that skipping meals is a more regular habit than having meals in 2012! Still, I am trying to promote at least breakfast and dinner if not 3 meals a day. I highly recommend that you try to make this sandwich before you leave for work. Kids will definitely love it, and the kitchen won’t be a mess!

My daughter loves my cooking and I love cooking for her. A match made in heaven! I noticed that she appreciates my small arrangements and little cute shape and color games, so I went for a new vegetables and meat mix for her. Easy to make and splendid. Check it out!

As you know by now, my daughter simply loves vegetables. Cooking for her is a challenge and a delight at the same time. There is no better reward in this world than her saying: “E buuuuuuun!/It’s goooooood”! Mothers around the world, you know what I mean <3.

Ingredients: rye bread, butter, ground pepper, cheese, eggs, lemon, salt, stuffed green olives, pesto

Ingredients: 6 eggs, onion (a half/third), 1 bell pepper, 1 or 2 tomatoes, ham (150 g), milk (150 ml), salt, pepper, dried basil, hard cheese (200 g), cooking oil (2 tbls)/butter (1 tbls)
