Baked stuffed trout

Trout is a delicious fish and along with salmon is very frequently served on our table. It is easy to cook and very healthy. Follow a few simple steps to a gorgeous baked stuffed trout recipe.

Ingredients: 3 large trout, 1 medium tomato, 3 cloves garlic, 2 green onions, 1 green bell pepper, salt, pepper, 1 chopped chilli pepper, juice of 1 lemon, 3 tbls butter

Yield: 3 servings.

Time: max 45 min.

Preparation:

Wash trout in cold water, pat dry with paper towels. Finely chop all vegetables using the food processor.

Stuff trout with the vegetables and a piece of butter, season with salt and pepper and place in baking pan lined with aluminum foil. Place each fish in separate piece of aluminum foil.

Bake for 25-35 minutes. Decorate with fresh parsley. Sprinkle lemon juice. Enjoy with your loved ones and celebrate great food!
