Green pepper, onion and soy sauce chicken

Just another easy chicken and vegetables recipe, this time with soy sauce. Wanna show your family you love them? Cook a nice dinner and serve it with passion :).

(Follow the steps of the Red pepper chicken recipe. Instead of the red pepper use 1 large raw onion and 2 green peppers).

Ingredients: 4 (or more) chicken breasts, 2 green peppers, 1 onion, salt, pepper, basil, rosemary, 1-2 tbls baking soda, 3 tbls soy sauce, cooking oil (2 tbls) or butter

Yield: 4 servings.

Time: 30 min.

Preparation:

Clean thoroughly and cut the chicken breast in cubes. Sprinkle the baking soda and rub every piece of chicken. Put aside 10 min. The chicken will be very tender. Wash well and pat dry with paper towels. Melt butter in skillet. Cook 10 minutes over moderate heat. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the vegetables cut in fairly large pieces. Cook 5-10 more minutes.

Season with herbs and add 2-3 tbls soy sauce. Cook another 5-10 min.

Serve hot and season with love! Enjoy!
