Roasted turkey leg and wing

Here is a simple dinner recipe that can be served all year round. All you need is some turkey and a little bit of garlic ;). Check it out!

Ingredients: a turkey leg and a wing, salt, pepper, basil, rosemary, 3 tbls cooking oil, 1 tbls butter, 5 garlic cloves, a few slices of ham/bacon, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1/2 cup water

Yield: 4 servings.

Time: 1.5 hrs.

Preparation:

Clean and pat dry meat. Place in heat resistant pot on aluminum foil lining after rubbing with oil, lemon and some butter at the end. Season with all herbs, pepper and salt. Add garlic chopped and slices of ham/bacon. Add water. Roast uncovered 1.5 hrs.

Serve with rice, vegetables, etc.
