Red pepper chicken

Another easy to make and fast chicken recipe that requires your presence in the kitchen about 30 minutes!

Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, 2 large red peppers, salt, pepper, basil, rosemary, baking soda (1 teaspoon), soy sauce, cooking oil (2 tbls)/butter

Yield: 3 servings.

Time: 20-30 min.

Preparation:

Clean thoroughly and cut the chicken breast in cubes. Sprinkle the baking soda and rub every piece of chicken. Put aside 10 min. The chicken will be much tenderer.

Cut the peppers in large pieces.

Wash the chicken again, season with salt, pepper and herbs.

Heat the butter/cooking oil. Cook the chicken for 10 min in non stick skillet. Add the pepper. Stir occasionally.  Cook 5 more min.

Add the soy sauce and remove from heat.

Enjoy this beautiful and healthy dish!
