Almost perfect scrambled eggs

Why “almost perfect”? Because nothing is absolutely perfect, and I am sure that I’ll somehow improve this recipe in the future :). I made omelet or scrambled eggs before, so if you want to take a look you are one click away from recipe 1, recipe 2, recipe 3.

Ingredients: 5 eggs, 5 tbls milk, salt, pepper, 1 tbls butter and cucumber, tomato, yellow pepper for decoration

Yield: 2 servings.

Time: 5-10 min.

Melt the butter in a nonstick pan over low heat while whisking the eggs, milk, salt, pepper. The secret to nice, fluffy scrambled eggs is to whisk them thoroughly. Pour into pan.

Gently push the eggs from all sides of the pan to the center, using a nonstick spatula (I use a wooden one), while tilting the pan to allow the liquid eggs to flow underneath, until there is no still liquid. Remove while still cooking and then decorate with vegetables.

I love cooking for my family! Being able to put a large smile on my daughter’s face is my Wonderwoman ability no 1!
