Bruschette with chopped tomatoes (2)

This is the second type of bruschette (here is the first one) we can quickly cook in the evening, when we get home. They take 5-10 min and they are delicious. Check out the recipe!

Ingredients: 3 small tomatoes (chopped small), 2 slices toast bread, olive oil, salt, pepper, 1/2 garlic clove (chopped small), oregano

Yield: 1 serving.

Time: 10 min.

I toast the bread and cut each slice into 2 triangles.

I chop the tomatoes and garlic.

I get the spices and olive oil ready.

I put the onion and garlic on the pieces of bread. I drizzle olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano. I serve to my cutie pie and she says wow! What do you think?
