Butter potatoes

There are so many ways to cook potatoes. My sweet daughter likes them fried or simply boiled with butter and parsley. Today I am going to tell you how you can make the nicest garnish for chicken in the fastest way possible. The only secret is to sprinkle a little more salt than usual.

Ingredients: 1 large potato, salt, pepper, butter (50 g), parsley (1 bundle)

Yield: 1 serving.

Time: 15 – 20 min.

Preparation:

I boil the potato until it starts cracking.

I take it out of the water, peel it, cut it in large pieces. I add the butter cut in chunks, salt (a little more than usual) and pepper.

I put it in the microwave for 5 minutes. The butter melts nicely. I add the parsley cut in larger pieces.

My daughter simply loves potatoes cooked like this. I love them too, so does my Granny, so everyone is happy. Next post is about the chicken legs that come with this garnish. Ok, ok, wrong order, but who cares as long as we can cook them really fast and we can make the people we love happy? <3
