Ham, cheese and vegetables for breakfast!

I had to make something really nice for my daughter and a friend this morning. The 2 little girls love vegetables, so I thought I could trick them into something more than just some green stuff ;). So:

Ingredients: 4 thin slices of ham, yellow hard cheese (150 g), 1 red bell pepper, half a green bell pepper, cucumber (1/3 of a long one), parsley

Yield: 2 servings.

Time: 10 min.

Preparation:

I wash the vegetables thoroughly. I cut all slices of ham (on top of each other) and the cucumbers in 4 long slices. I cut the cheese in cubes. I slice the peppers in round pieces. I decorate with parsley. And the girls are happy and they eat a very good breakfast!
