Baked chicken drumsticks

There is a secret to cooking great chicken: I take every piece of chicken and generously rinse it with lemon juice before baking.

Ingredients: 8 large chicken drumsticks, 3 tomatoes, 2 garlic cloves, 1 onion, olive oil (2 tbls), salt, juice of half a lemon, half a cup of water

Yield: 4 servings.

Time: approx 1 hour.

Preparation:

I preheat the oven. As mentioned above, I clean the chicken drumsticks, rinse them with lemon juice.

I line aluminum foil in the pan.

I chop the onion, tomatoes and garlic in large cubes. I make a bed of onion and garlic.

Then I place the chicken drumsticks and tomatoes on top. I add the water and oil.

I bake 1 hour or slightly more (moderate heat).
